How It Works

1. Pick your distance
   Choose your challenge — 5K or 10K

2. Choose your location
   Run or walk anywhere you like — a local trail, your favourite park, or even a treadmill.

3. Complete your race between 13 & 19 April, 2026

4. Share your achievement

5. Submit your time (strava/garmin/google fit/etc) and photos through to madraces@outlook.com and share your achievement on social media using #MaDRaces.

This event is open to everyone — whether you’re an avid runner or just out for a stroll. Every participant will receive:
